1. Who processes your data?

2. What data do we process?
Only the data you enter via the quote form: name, email address, phone number, address details and your project details (chosen service, usage and household size for the indicative calculation). No sensitive data and no tracking cookies.
3. For what purpose and on what legal basis?
Following up on your request and preparing your quote is done on the basis of your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) and to perform a possible contract (art. 6(1)(b)). Marketing emails are only sent after your separate consent (Belgian anti-spam law, art. VI.96-103 CEL).
4. How long do we keep it?
Requests without follow-up are kept for a maximum of 24 months. Files that lead to an assignment are kept in line with Belgian statutory retention obligations (up to 10 years for contracts).
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (GDPR art. 15-21). Deletion is possible via the "Delete your data" button in the footer or by email. Complaints can be filed with the Data Protection Authority (Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, dataprotectionauthority.be).
6. Who do we share it with?
With nobody outside PSJ Solutions, except our hosting and email provider acting solely as processor. We never sell or rent your data. No transfers outside the EEA take place.
7. Security
The site runs exclusively over HTTPS (TLS), data is transported encrypted and access to the admin area is protected with a token and rate limiting.
